APS 32-ID Beamline
The nano tomography instrument at beamline 32-ID of the Advanced Photon Source at Argonne National Laboratory offers a wide range of X-ray tomographic imaging techniques.

- Flux at 10 keV with 16 mm gap for 3.3 mm period: ~5 x 10\(^{14}\) photons/s/0.1% BW through a 22 \(\mu\)rad x 22 \(\mu\)rad in axis pin-hole
